That append being so good for certain servants just makes the whole situation all the more painful. Because it really can do wonders for servants that just needed that extra bit of skill cooldown!
At least introduce some improvement for servant coins.

Vitch did it. She got her np up on turn three. Buster is now able to get sub nps off like arts.

It’s funny that summer ibuki can already use double vitch Oberon to farm. This just makes it even easier to get the cool downs.
It helps older units who were one skill away from doing proper buster loops but now fgo has an excuse to make high cool down units for no reason.
Oh we’ll definitely see a lot of testing with charge down skills and units. Lucky ishtar can’t stack her third skill or else she’d be nuking with np even further if she had the melt type.
Everyone hug your old units and never let them go.

Ok Aesc “buff” aside Oberon really looks like that Turkish guy showing up to Olympics with casual wear and flip-flops
